Jen Selkirk, personal chef, and Carol Beller, nutritionist/coach, met at Anne DeRocher’s office in Schenectady, New York. They were both trying to heal their bodies without the use of traditional western medicine, searching for a more holistic approach.
Jen needed to re-learn how to cook without the use of sugar, flour and artificial ingredients. Carol stepped into her life’s passion and made the decision to become a nutritionist and then later a professional life coach.
Jen and Carol became friends and began to work together teaching workshops and cooking classes to help other’s meet their needs for better health. This book contains the recipes and teaching of their time together.
